Branch History

“Our Branch was formed in late 1990 as a satellite branch to West Harris County Branch as the idea of Virginia Lyon, and chartered in February of 1992 by Stephanie Mitchell, its first President. There had been a previous branch that dissolved in the early 1980’s at the time of the oil crunch, when many husbands lost their jobs and most of the Board at the time moved out of the area as a result.” >> more history
