2012 Important Deadlines
- January 1 - Contribution recognition year begins
- January 1 to March 15 - New members or new student affiliates may join for half year dues (January 1-June 30, 2012). Renewals pay full amount
- January 10 - Prior year end contributions due in national office
- January 30 - Last day dues can be received in national office to be included in official February 1 membership count
- February 1 - Final branch membership count of national and state records on which awards/number of delegated to convention are based
- March 16 - Any new members joining after this date will be members through June 30, 2013
- April 13-15 - AAUW Texas Convention. Sheraton, Austin, Texas
- May 15 - Contact national if you have not received your BDR, via E-mail, or on-line in the MSD
- June 1 - Officer Forms are due at national office. Submit Branch Officers report in AAUW database using member login
- 30-June-2012 - Branch Dues Report (BDR) due to National and Texas AAUW for Fiscal Year 2012-2013. Fiscal year 2012 ends
- 15-November-2012 - Form 990 due to IRS
